OXPIP Administrator


We have an exciting opportunity to join the OXPIP team as administrator of our day-to-day operational processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of Parent-Infant Therapy across Oxfordshire.


We are looking for someone who is highly organised and efficient, with a professional and solution-focussed approach, ideally with HR, ICT and financial administration experience.


OXPIP is a pioneering charity with a national reputation as a specialist in the field of parent-infant psychotherapy. For over 20 years we have helped parents and their babies to build close and loving relationships from the start of life. Our vision is to contribute to a more responsible and empathetic society through an intensive focus on positive early relationships and emotional well-being.


OXPIP is at an exciting stage of its development and this role, part of a small team, offers an interesting and varied challenge, which will be very rewarding for the right candidate.


Hours: Between 15 and 22.5 hours per week - hours and days of work may be negotiable


Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire


Salary range: £19,500 to £24,000 per annum (full time equivalent for a 37.5 hr/week post) on a pro rata basis. 


The role will involve providing support with day-to-day administration for all operational systems including:


  • Clinical and casework administration

  • Data entry and input to reporting

  • HR

  • ICT

  • Finance and book-keeping

Interviews will be on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th December.
