OXPIP Training Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join the OXPIP team in this new post of Training Manager.
The Training Manager will be responsible for reviewing and refreshing OXPIP’s current training provision and enhancing learner access and education, in order to increase the take-up of subsidised training by Oxfordshire-based practitioners. They will also be key to leading on the transition to some digital training delivery.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering parent-infant psychotherapy and implementing relevant training to professionals in a variety of ways. As Training Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering OXPIP's training programme, and by building sustainable relationships with commissioners and purchasers, you will help to generate new income. You will also be involved in growing and diversifying OXPIP’s team of trainers to deliver OXPIP Parent-Infant Therapy Training sustainably throughout Oxfordshire and nationally.
