We are hiring!

OXPIP Training Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join the OXPIP team in this new post of Training Manager.

The Training Manager will be responsible for reviewing and refreshing OXPIP’s current training provision and enhancing learner access and education, in order to increase the take-up of subsidised training by Oxfordshire-based practitioners. They will also be key to leading on the transition to some digital training delivery.

We are looking for someone with experience of delivering parent-infant psychotherapy and implementing relevant training to professionals in a variety of ways. As Training Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering OXPIP's training programme, and by building sustainable relationships with commissioners and purchasers, you will help to generate new income. You will also be involved in growing and diversifying OXPIP’s team of trainers to deliver OXPIP Parent-Infant Therapy Training sustainably throughout Oxfordshire and nationally. As well as being confident in training design and delivery, you will have the ability to develop and communicate a clear strategy for OXPIP’S APPCIOS recognised early years training. You will also need to be highly organised and efficient, with a solution-focussed approach.

This is a time of change for OXPIP and we see the Training Manager as central to ensuring our longer-term sustainability. The post-holder will have considerable opportunity to shape and design the role as it evolves over time. This is a very interesting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

OXPIP is a pioneering charity with a national reputation as a specialist in the field of parent-infant psychotherapy. For over 20 years we have helped parents and their babies to build close and loving relationships from the start of life. Our vision is to contribute to a more responsible and empathetic society through an intensive focus on positive early relationships and emotional well-being.
