OXPIP Minute Taker (Board of Trustees)

 

We are seeking a Minute Taker for our Board of Trustees!

 

As a self-employed Minute Taker, you will attend our Board of Trustee meetings in person four times a year to take contemporaneous notes and type up minutes. Attendance at the meetings should last around 2 hours during which the Minute Taker will be expected to take detailed minutes and action points. Following the meeting, you will be required to transcribe the minutes into the set format provided, and submit them to the Executive Director within one week.

Note: Due to the sensitive content discussed in OXPIP Trustee Meetings, we cannot employ anyone already known to a member of paid staff.

 

The Oxford Parent-Infant Project is a pioneering charity with a national reputation as a specialist in the field of parent-infant psychotherapy. For over 25 years we have helped parents and their babies to build close and loving relationships from the start of life. Our vision is to contribute to a more responsible and empathetic society through an intensive focus on positive early relationships and emotional well-being.

 

Hours: 4 hours per meeting, 4 meetings a year usually - 3 this year, starting 20th June

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Salary range: £15 per hour
