We’re looking for a self-motivated Business Development Manager to manage and develop our relationships with supporters, donors, training customers and consultancy clients.
Oxford Parent-Infant Project (OXPIP) is a nationally regarded charity providing free parent-infant psychotherapy to support the developing relationship between parents and their forthcoming or new baby.
This new role encompasses fundraising, stewardship and the development and promotion of our traded services (these are training, clinical assessment and/or therapy, clinical consultation, supervision, and strategic consultancy). We’re looking for someone who is experienced in managing and developing ways to generate charitable income, great at building relationships, and has a positive, energetic approach.
This role is a Senior Leadership Team role reporting to the CEO and is part of a growing operations team. OXPIP is at an exciting stage of its development, and this role offers interesting and varied opportunities. Please contact us if you would like an informal conversation.
Hours: Annualised hours contract equivalent to 0.4FTE (must include at least Wednesdays during term time)
Location: Oxfordshire. We support hybrid working.
Salary: £34,130 per annum (full-time equivalent for a 37.5 hr/week post) on a pro rata basis.
