OXPIP Development Manager

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join the OXPIP team in this new post of Development Manager.

 

The Development Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering OXPIP's fundraising strategy to ensure that we continue to deliver our vital services to families across Oxfordshire.

 

We are looking for someone with proven experience of securing high-level awards. As Development Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the current funding base as well as identifying and securing new opportunities. Your role is to grow and diversify OXPIP’s income to support our long-term sustainability. As well as being confident in designing and writing successful proposals you will have a good understanding of budgets and accounts and be able to produce high-level project, impact and financial reports. You will also need to be highly organised and efficient, with a solution-focussed approach. 

 

This is a time of change for OXPIP and we see the Development Manager as central to ensuring our longer-term sustainability. The post-holder will have considerable opportunity to shape and design the role as it evolves over time. This is a very interesting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week - hours and days of work may be negotiable

Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire

 

Salary range: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience (full time equivalent for a 37.5 hr/week post) on a pro rata basis. 

The role will involve:

  • Leading and delivering on OXPIP’s fundraising strategy.

  • Maintaining and developing OXPIP’s existing funding streams including bids, contracts, reporting and stewardship.

  • Identifying and securing new opportunities to diversify OXPIP’s income and support our long-term sustainability.

  • Liaising with the CEO and ensure that she is kept updated on all areas.
